Believe in Yourself

  Unity Stamp Company and Paper Issues have teamed up for today's hop in honor of Breast Cancer awareness month.  I love all the pink I see in October, it really gives me hope that someday a cure will be found.  My own mother passed away 4 years ago this month from her battle with breast cancer so I am participating in honor of her today.

Paper Issues has made up a special project kit that is available for purchase today. It is the same kit that we have all used in our projects today, and it has lots of fun little embellishments as well as gorgeous patterned papers.
this is a peek at the kit,
you can purchase it HERE
(don't forget your coupon code UNITY)
Here's a look at what I made for the blog hop today.

First up I decorated the white glassine bag that the embellishments came in and added a tag with a sweet sentiment inside.  Could use this as a thinking of you type gift, or to add with something special. One oof my mom's favorite gifts were soft nightgowns that she could button up the front. Or chapstick, she used that a lot too!

I used this Unity Set designed by Samantha Walker, totally not a 'Breast Cancer awareness" set
but is totally appropriate for such a gift.
My next card is a simple "go gettem girl" type card
;
I used "Fight Like a Girl" Itty Bitty on this one
Thanks for stopping by my blog today, be sure to start at the Paper Issues Blog
and leave a comment to be entered to win one of 3 $50 gifts from Unity
and check out the Paper Issues Etsy store with
SPECIAL CODE: UNITY for 20% off EVERYTHING In the store
